Nothing sounds like a Brady, because nothing is built like a Brady. Brady is the only company of it's kind, able to produce small quantities of their own ply shells, in a revolutionary method pioneered by Chris Brady in 1988.

Banksia

Not only the unique sound, but also the beautiful looks of the array of available exotic timber finishes on these drums have made Brady Ply Drums very sought after.

Wandoo Burl

Brady uses Select Grade piles of Jarrah, Marri or Karri wood. These are unique hardwoods, native only to Western Australia and are much harder than rock maple.

Silver Gimlet

Brady Drums are pressed in a straight grain method. All timber grain runs in the same horizontal direction around the shell (not cross-laminated), giving them a solid wood sounds perviously unknown to a ply shell.
