In 2014, PDP introduced the world to the PDP LTD Wood Hoop Snare. That drum led to a complete line of 3-piece, vintage-inspired kits that we aptly titled Concept Maple Classic. Ironically, the only things missing were the snare drums. They listened and Introduced the Concept Maple Classic snares to match every available color option that they offer.

Made from select European maple shells and fitted with retro-style Walnut counter hoops, Concept Classic bridges the gap between modern build quality and vintage aesthetics. Their 10-ply Concept Classic snares come standard with the trusted DW MAG throw-off, along with fully-chromed snare wires, featuring carbon steel coils and chrome end plates.
