This is Ludwig's recreation of the famous Jazz Festival snare! Featuring the same shell construction, 8 bow tie lugs, baseball bat muffler, plus a few updates for the modern era. Those updates are the Atlas P88AC strainer and butt plate as well as the rubber grommets under the lugs to isolate the shell from the lugs, 3-ply Mahogany/Poplar/Mahogany with white interior paint!
This is a beautiful drum with the silver sparkle wrap and would be perfect for collectors or players alike! Don't miss out on this one and save some money from buying one brand new!
This drum recently came from an estate sale and belonged to a long-time collector. It was stored in a climate controlled spare bedroom. I do not know the history or usage beyond that. However, they appear to have been taken care of by the previous owner!
