We hope you enjoy our second installment of "Rig Rundowns", with local drummer John Sotelo, drummer for Margot Kim's All Fired Up: Tribute to Pat Benatar and Ladies of the 80's!
Margot Kim is a local news anchor for ABC30 Action News who was recently interviewed by local attorney, Marc Kapetan on his daytime radio show where she mentioned always wanting to join a band where she can tribute to Pat Benatar and ladies of the 80's. Marc just so happens to also be a Bass player which sparked an idea for him. He reached out to John, whom he had been friends with for years about asking Margot to start up this tribute band and John said 'ABSOLUTELY!'
John has been a local drumming great for many years and comes from a musical background! He is left-handed and plays a lefty kit!
This was part of Margot's show at Tower Theater here in Fresno, California!
