Shipping Questions

What are your shipping details?

  • A majority of our listings offer free standard 3-4 day shipping to the lower 48 states.
  • If you're interested in an expressed/expedited shipping quote on anything in our store, we'll certainly be happy to find you options of what's available! 
  • All shipping parcels stop accepting express at 2:00pm PST so all expressed/expedited requests MUST be made BEFORE this time. 
  • Just give us a call or send us an email inquiry with the item you're interested in getting a quote for!

Do you ship internationally? 

  • Yes! We ship internationally all over the world weekly so if you're looking for an international shipping quote on anything in our store, we'll be happy to check those for you! 
  • Customs fees vary on products and locations and are paid by the buyer upon receiving to country of origin. 

International Buyer Questions

Is your pricing in US dollars? 

  • Yes, all of our pricing is represented in US currency dollars as we are based in the US. 

Do you offer tax exemptions for international buyers? 

  • We do not handle import tax.
  • We do not charge US sales tax to our international buyers.

Can you place a lower value for lower fees? 

  • Yes, we can place the value at whatever amount you'd like for any item in our store. 

Do I need to pay customs fees/import duties?

  • Yes. Customs fees vary on products and locations and are then paid for by the buyer upon receiving to country of origin.

What are your store hours? 

  • We are open Monday-Saturday from 10am-6pm PST
  • We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays

What is your return policy?

Why are certain items listed on Reverb but not your website? 

  • Our website is powered through Shopify so not everything listed on our Reverb store gets integrated over.
  • Feel free to give us a call, send us an email or send us a text message with what you're interested in from Reverb!

What warranties are offered? 

  • The vast majority of items we sell are eligible for factory warranties through the manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us if you believe your item is still eligible for return or repair through the warranty terms of that manufacturer, or if you have any questions about the process.
  • Please have your invoice/sales receipt ready to provide an accurate date of sale and proof of purchase.

    Do you stock bongo and conga heads?

    • Yes, we stock Remo bongo and conga heads for LP, Meinl and Toca. 
    • Each brand and drum varies in sizes so we highly recommend bringing your drums into the shop for us to measure the exact size or you email us pictures of your drums with the measurement.  

    Do you rent drums? 

    • We do not rent drums, but we highly recommend using Fresno Backline Company to rent great drum gear! 

    Are you hiring?

    • We are always accepting resumes so just bring one by the shop and we'll keep you in mind for availability! 
    • We do not have any online or in-person applications. Resumes only. 

    Warranty Information

    How can I have my item replaced/repaired under warranty?

    • The vast majority of items we sell are eligible for factory warranties through the manufacturer.
