The 16" Foundry Reserve hi-hats offer a thin weighted top cymbal with a medium-thin bottom cymbal to create a very versatile hi-hat with a beautiful touch of full nuances and a very well balanced foot chick! The 16" Foundry Reserve hi-hats are perfect for jazz, fusion, funk, R&B as well as studio recordings due to their mid-dark timbre, complex yet dark character, low-mid pitch but low in overall volume with a short sustain! These cymbals have been hammered by hand and have a traditional finish on them with a wide blade lathe so the best way to clean these cymbals are with the Meinl Cymbal Cleaner!
