The Performance Series is handcrafted in Oxnard, California from 100% North American Hard Rock Maple. These drums utilize DW’s groundbreaking shell construction and drum hardware to deliver you a complete instrument.
Cherry Shells - The Performance Series shells are constructed from DW's very own Cherry Wood, which is a dense hardwood prized for its warmth, richness and sustain. The cherry shells' tone is versatile and balances low-end punch with ringing highs. These drums produce a wide tuning range and sensitive response. The cherry wood's beauty is highlighted by the drums' glossy Black Sparkle finish and chrome hardware.
