Jared has gigged locally and is also known for his TikTok channel playing with other musicians and offering advice to drummers on his page!
For this Tech Tip Tuesday, Jared shares the importance of maintaining your gear. Surprisingly enough, gear does wear out and will need replaced either with parts or a whole new item. Drumheads are made of a plastic mylar material which overtime and with heat exposure, will cause the heads to stretch and lose tension so it is always good to go through your heads (especially resonant/bottom heads) and get those replaced in a timely manner!
